Reordering the services

Can the Services be reordered, at the moment the they appear in alphabetical order. Is there a way of changing this (without changing the name)?

We have a request in our backlog for this requirement. We will be working on re-designing the service view this year. Once we have completed the work, we will review the requirements that have been raised with services.

Hi @Ehsan - is it possible to provide an estimate on when you might be able to reveal this along with any dates?  We are planning to look at our Service offerings and Catalogs after we've gone live with the Employee Portal so any dates, even estimates you could provide would be great.

We expect the work to take place in Q4/Q1 of 2022, but it will be seamless and no action required from you, so please do not delay your plans.
