Feedback Enabled

Hi

I'm trying to find out which of our services have feedback enabled, but on the h_itsm_services table the value in the h_feedback_enabled column is 0 for all services, even though we have a number of services that have the star rating and / or questions enabled. Is there another way to report on which services have feedback switched on?

Hi Darren,

We have also recently started working on improving our feedback - the value needed is shown below, so looking for not required value of 5 I believe
