RAG Status / Overdue Tasks

Afternoon All

Hope you are safe and well.  Please would it be possible to help/advice how the RAG status works within Project Manager?  We have found that the RAG Status can be changed manually but does this work automatically at all please?

Also is there a way that an incomplete/overdue task or milestone can be marked in some way as Late, as opposed to In Progress please?  Thank you.

The idea with a project RAG Status is to give an overall indication of how the project is going. The RAG Status can be set manually, or automatically calculated based on the project rag tolerances. The setting to control this is available to the Project Manager of each project. You can define rag tolerance matrices in the Hornbill Admin Tool.

Overdue project tasks have their due date highlighted in red. I can ask our development team about the possibility of adding the same functionality to milestones.

@AlexTumber you show a RAG Status for Tasks in your picture. How can i do this? I cannot find it and also no setting for it.
