Steve Giller Posted March 12, 2021 Share Posted March 12, 2021 Without seeing the full error it's difficult to be certain, but this is commonly due to the Request not having an Owner when it reaches the Node, or by the value in the email Template Field (which is free text) not matching an existing Template.
