Further to this, I cannot create/edit this user manually as Hornbill suggests they already exist (but aren't visible in the list). User ID available on request via DM. Regards and thanks, Mike. It might also be worth having a look using Database Direct to query the user account tables to see if there are any duplicates. This might provide some inside into what is happening. Victor Posted May 11, 2021 Share Posted May 11, 2021 @Michael Sharp @James Ainsworth this was due to a defect in LDAP import tool version 3.8.1 (or older). The issue was fixed in 3.8.2, I would say make sure you are using the latest version and if the incorrect user is still in there let me know and we will have that sorted.
