We have a user where their ID has imported but no other details.  Further to this, I cannot create/edit this user manually as Hornbill suggests they already exist (but aren't visible in the list).  User ID available on request via DM.

Hi Michael,

Was there any error message provided by the import?  It might also be worth having a look using Database Direct to query the user account tables to see if there are any duplicates.  This might provide some inside into what is happening.

@Michael Sharp @James Ainsworth this was due to a defect in LDAP import tool version 3.8.1 (or older). The issue was fixed in 3.8.2, I would say make sure you are using the latest version and if the incorrect user is still in there let me know and we will have that sorted.
