add to board not working

hi guys - im jsut getting my head around the new board manager but im getting some errors - any ideas please?

hmm, thinking on,  do i need to do a "get board info" before my automation maybe?

looks like i picked a bad time to try and develop a new workflow, i'l update if im still having problems later on when all it fixed

ok so im still getting issues with this process, this is my first time referencing board manager so maybe im doing something wrong, ive tried putting in a "get board info" automation, which it doesnt seem to like either?

 

any ideas?

Have you tried setting the Application to Service Manager?

thanks James - i tried this but still doesn't like it unfortunately,

 

do we need to enable use of the new board manager on hornbill service manager somewhere? as we are still only using the old boards system,

The option for KEY is mandatory.  If I recall correctly the request reference is used there.  You need to had the global variable &[global["inputParams"]["requestId"]].   This defines the link between the card and the request.

thanks @James Ainsworth - thats got me a bit further i think - im now getting this error message, edit. looks like it doesnt like my "lane column" name? do i need to use numbers eg. 1, 2, for my lane columns, rather than names (.g. received, acknowledged)?

Hi Gary,

I managed to replicate what is happening to you.  It does appear that you have to put in the number that relates to the order of the columns within the lane.  So, the first column displayed within the lane would be 0, the next would be 1, and so on.
