Adrian Simpkins Posted November 9, 2020 Share Posted November 9, 2020 Hi All, Not sure if this is linked to the other email issue raised earlier today, but just wanted to add that for some reason the majority of our requests are failing on the closure email with the below error - not sure if anything change but seeing this on all requests today that have reached the 5 day marker for auto closure, so requests are resolving aok, but then when trying to send the closure email getting below - thanks!
