Alisha Posted October 27, 2020 Share Posted October 27, 2020 Hello, I'm trying to use custom fields in the Capture Task Fields in a Human Task. However, the custom fields are not being recognised by the Business Process and it's just going down the 'No Match' route. For example, I used h_custom_j for the 'Office Hours' capture task so that I could use the answer in the next stage of the process. Is there anything else that I need to do to make these work please? Bob Dickinson Posted October 29, 2020 Share Posted October 29, 2020 Hi @Alisha Unfortunately you cannot map task based Capture Task Fields direct to custom fields. To achieve this, you need to add a new "Update Custom Fields" node after the task in the Business Process: Then, you pick the custom field you are looking to update, and inject into it the answer to the Capture Task Field that has just been completed: This should then result in the answer from the task being in the custom field you desire Hope this works for you!
