Hello @Steven Boardman 

We have a problem that some of our users including me cannot update tickets or create tickets via Email. For other users it works. And i cannot find out why?

can you please help us. thanks

@Nikolaj if you look at the routing rule is there anything there that might not match with the email you are sending.  For example a fromdomain parameter that does not match would then exclude your email from the rule.
