Can anyone tell me what the white calls mean.  Doesnt seem to be related to Customer, Priority, Date or anything else.  Thanks Debby

The highlighted requests (blue) have been updated since you last looked at them.
The un-highlighted (white) requests have not.

The colour is configurable in the Service Manager settings under webapp.view.ITSM.serviceDesk.requests.list.unreadColour
