Steve Giller Posted January 3, 2020 Share Posted January 3, 2020 The highlighted requests (blue) have been updated since you last looked at them. The un-highlighted (white) requests have not. The colour is configurable in the Service Manager settings under webapp.view.ITSM.serviceDesk.requests.list.unreadColour Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
