Martyn Houghton Posted November 14, 2019 Share Posted November 14, 2019 Liken to the confirmation in the post below, the ability to Change the visibility of emails and other system/BPM timeline entries, is currently restricted to those users with the 'System Admin' role. This obliviously this grants a lot more additional rights which we do not want to provide to normal analysts access to. I thought it was best given the importance of this enhancement make a clear request separate from the issue with the existing admin role permission not working.
