Adrian Simpkins Posted October 24, 2019 Share Posted October 24, 2019 Hi All I wanted to enquire if there is anyway we can add a team as a member from within a request at all, as at the moment we can only add Members by individual name but there are some scenarios where we want to add a whole team. Is there perhaps an option to turn on to allow this, or is it something I would set within the BPM? Ideally I want our Analysts to be able to add a whole team to a request as using individual names means that sometimes the person assigned may not look at Hornbill. Alternatively if we can not add a whole team as a Member to a request, would it be a case of turning on a notification so that the added Member gets an email alert when added as a Member to try and make them aware as they are not always going to be signed into Service Manager Many thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
