New Analyst Issue

Hi Support,

 

We have a new analyst who has been created in hornbill with usual permissions however every time this person raises a new call, it displays the date 19/05.  When others then look at this call it’s the correct date.

 

The user is ***

 

Could you take a look into this please?

@Nick Brailsford firstly I would need to remind you (and anyone else for that matter) to be careful when including confidential information on forum threads. Hornbill forums are publicly accessible (this is mentioned in the forum section description). I have removed the confidential information from your above post.

Regarding the issue, the new analyst created in Hornbill, how it was created? Was it by an LDAP import or created manually?
