When others then look at this call it’s the correct date. The user is *** Could you take a look into this please?ADMIN EDIT: Obfuscated the name of the user (GDPR)

Hornbill forums are publicly accessible (this is mentioned in the forum section description). I have removed the confidential information from your above post. Regarding the issue, the new analyst created in Hornbill, how it was created? Was it by an LDAP import or created manually?
