The Phone action is missing from the 'Change Request'  request type in Service Manager. This seems to have been missed when the changes where made to make this request type accessible/applicable to external customers.

Hi @Martyn Houghton,

I have added code to enable the Phone Action for Change Requests. This will be available towards the end of this month.
