Regarding the BPM operation to send an email, yes, it can be added. I will add a change request to our list. Not sure it will be done soon but I'll will keep you updated. TrevorHarris Posted February 4, 2020 Share Posted February 4, 2020 @HHH There will be no email sent and the outcome param will be set to failure and the failureReason param will be set to No Primary Contact so you will be able to handle this in the BPM if necessary.
