Email organisation primary contact

In an organisation one or more contacts can be flagged as primary contact.

Is there a BPM node to email organisation primary contact(s) that can be added for example on excalation of a request?

Hi @HHH,

First, a correction, an organisation can only have one primary contact and is not mandatory, so it might not be set.

Regarding the BPM operation to send an email, yes, it can be added. I will add a change request to our list. Not sure it will be done soon but I'll will keep you updated.
