I have had a read through https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Service_Bulletins but it doesn't mention the level of access required to update the Service Portfolio bulletins. Martyn Houghton Posted January 7, 2019 Share Posted January 7, 2019 @Ann-MarieJones There is no standard role for this and is something that we have raise about having more control over (see post link below). However we have put a workaround in place by creating a new role based on the standard 'Service Manager' role and then edit this to remove database permissions to restrict what the assigned users can do, which is a bit hit and miss whilst you work our want they still need.
