is there a way to have a report for the most searched word or sentences in the Service Portal search bar?

Hi @Giuseppe Iannacone

The info you need is held in the h_sm_portal_search_history table and the customer search terms are held in the h_search_term column.

You can create reports on this in the admin console reports or in advanced analytics, something like below:

@Steven Boardman I fear we don't have the advanced analytics.... but i was able to find out the answer with the standard report function, thank you

@Giuseppe Iannacone you should be able to create the same from the admin console > Service Manager > Reports without the need for advanced analytics

Very quick basic report, i've attached the report definition as a start for ten which you could upload, amend, extent etc
