You can create reports on this in the admin console reports or in advanced analytics, something like below: Hope that helps Steve

Steven Boardman Posted December 5, 2018 Posted December 5, 2018 @Giuseppe Iannacone you should be able to create the same from the admin console > Service Manager > Reports without the need for advanced analytics Very quick basic report, i've attached the report definition as a start for ten which you could upload, amend, extent etc search-for-terms.report.txt Steve
