Martyn Houghton Posted May 8, 2018 Share Posted May 8, 2018 When using the Assign to Most Available Analyst (or the Round Robin variant) using the Team Auto option does not work, you have to use the Manual Option. When you use the related 'Assign to Service Team' with the value of Auto, it will assign the request to the supporting team which was first added to the service.
