SJEaton Posted November 17, 2017 Posted November 17, 2017 Hi We have a service with a catalogue item in it that is only visible via Service Desk. The service still however appears on the Service Portal but obviously with nothing in it. Is there a way of hiding this from the Service Portal as there's no need for it to appear there? Sam
AlexTumber Posted November 17, 2017 Posted November 17, 2017 Hi Sam, You should be able to toggle visibility of the service in the portal by changing the switch on the service record itself. Alex
