Services with Catalogue Items visible only on Service Desk

Hi

We have a service with a catalogue item in it that is only visible via Service Desk.  The service still however appears on the Service Portal but obviously with nothing in it.  Is there a way of hiding this from the Service Portal as there's no need for it to appear there?
