Hi All, 
I thought I would provide some additional information on the off-chance that you are faced with this situation again. The build number located by the uninstall and update buttons is the one that is taken directly from the build controller and therefore is always accurate. In terms of the release notes, there are a couple of manual steps which unfortunately leaves the opportunity for minor errors such as the one pointed out.

You will also notice that the build number is included in the URL when viewing the app details: https://admin.hornbill.com/[instance_name]/appstore/live/com.hornbill.servicemanager/979/ .

This ensures we always have some firm reference points when applying the latest update.
