Steven Boardman Posted April 12, 2017 Posted April 12, 2017 Hi @chriscorcoran You can use the reporting tool to create a report on the h_sys_profiles table where the call categories are held, and then use the option to export the report to CSV: This won't tell you which services you have have these configured against, but it will let you know which categories you are dealing with as a starter.
