  2. thanks Armando, this surely can't be a new feature, as we have exiting scheduled request and I've got a request to amend the summary and description as currently the request is not very useful as missing essential details.

I thought I'd find easily doc to explain to me how to schedule and view all scheduled requests but unfortunately that's not the case. https://docs.hornbill.com/servicemanager-config/administration/scheduled-requests#adding-a-scheduled-request - this document doesn't tell how to get to the screen where the schedule can be set up. Therefore, dear community can you please advise how I can find an existing scheduled request that I need to amend description.
  4. So If I delete a field, is there a way to find it later other than having a spreadsheet with the custom fields?
  5. ok... thank you Steve. Another question, if I rename an existing field on a one (IN Test) form, it won't change the display name on the original form, will it? And the delete button is to delete the field off the custom form only, not from the database?
  6. As well is there a way to move a question from one node to another one... ... The business is redesigning fully one of the processes..
  7. Is there a way to add a space between questions within Intelligent Capture?.. I think I could create a new node but there are a few already for this particular process.
