  1. We have been experiencing some issues with the hornbill over the past week where we have had buttons missing and had to refresh this in order for them to appear again and get to the next steps.

    Today as well as this we are coming across an error message when trying to create a new request and are getting the below error code. You can exit the page and re-create the job but then lose anything you have detailed on the request and have to re-type this information.

    Is there any maintenance being done or changes been made to cause this as it is causing us to double up the workload on many cases which is not ideal.

  2. Something that I’m hoping you can support with before our call is the issue we are having since the clocks have gone forward now the system is an hour behind. I don’t know if there is somewhere that I can change the time for this as I haven't been able to locate this? Its nothing too complex hopefully but it’s knocking off all our pre-arranged reports that are set to go out at scheduled times which is causing some issues.

    Just wanted to see if you were aware of any issues with specific email addresses taking longer for emails to send to?

     

    We have a particular recipient who's email is correct however when we send something on to them it can take several minutes or longer to leave the outbox and tends to hold everything else up behind it until its released. Not sure if you are aware of this happening elsewhere across the board? As i mentioned this is only to one particular address that we have come across so far and when sending from personal emails this goes straight away with no delay so wanted to check if there were any known issues with this or workarounds to avoid delays in sending.

  6. Hi Steve,

     

    The fields looked to have been removed completely from some of the requests but not all of them. Upon checking this morning this looks to have been restored from the ones i have checked so far and the problem resolved itself but will be sure to raise this if any issues come up again with this.

    We thought this may have been down to an update or something if you were aware of anything?

    Everything looks back on track now with this though.

    Hope you are well.

     

    I have tried to edit these but when i then try delete them it only reverts it back to the original template and still wont let me either archive or delete this. Any other suggestions or work arounds here?

  8. Hi Guys,

     

    Looking to see if i can get a bit of help or a suggestion on the email templates.

     

    I have started making better use of these but would ideally like to remove a large number of them that we don't use however only seem to have an option of deleting any new templates that are made and none of the existing. Is there a way i can either delete or archive the existing ones to reduce the number that appear on the dropdown?

    Thanks for your help on this one.

     

    The previous email had no attachments included and was just a general enquiry with nothing rectangular or incorrectly displayed. This is also someone who we frequently get emails from but have no issues generally.

     

    I will keep an eye out for any more and if I'm still having issues I will let you know.

  10. Morning,

     

    We have been having some issues since last night from around 5pm onwards with some emails we are receiving, not being able to apply them to the request as it gets stuck half way through the process and wont let you scroll. Is this something you are aware of?

     

    There isn't anything specific with the emails its not working from some are just general information with no attachments or signatures.
