  1. Hello Support,

    We found out that with the New UI it is not possible anymore to choose when we click on reply Button on an Email in the Hornbill Mailbox to keep the text or Mail from the Customer inside in our answer email.

    Before we could select if we want to keep the text.

    Can we have this possibility also with the New UI?

    @Steve GillerOk that mean the right configuration would be archived if a user is leaving the company. We are running an ldap script for update user/ deactivate user. How can i easy change that for a lot of users from suspended to archived or can you do that via script for me?

    Is is normal that the search for co-worker shows suspended Basic-Users? Can i switch it off somehow?

    What is the deferent between archived User and suspended User by the way? What is the right way if a User is leaving the company?

  4. @Steve Giller one last question regarding this topic. Would it be possible to use the customer for the external authorisation? Then we would just change the customer before we send the external authorisation email. 

    What do you mean with adding the email address via a custom field in the detail panel. can we do that when the ticket is already raised and then use it for the variable in the BP?

  5. @Steve Giller I have a question would it be not possible to use the GUI also for that? For example export the assets i would like to change via export asset list

    and then change the value i want and after that import this list via Asset Management -> Upload new Assets from CSV file?

    I tried it but i get an error, I think because are the files are different names for the fields name or something like that.

    It would really help people in our company todo an bulk update on the assets, because not all of them has rights to perform the asset import tool and they are also not able to do that.

  6. Hello support,

    We have problems with sending emails from an request with attachments. here is the error message. Direct from my Hornbill Mailbox I can send mails with attachments. Only from a request direct it is nor working.
