  1. @Josh Bridgens thanks Josh that has worked. I was close I had actually tried it the other way around, I had specified Team IS NOT and added 1 team thinking it would show me results for all the other teams but it didn't seem to work, but adding the actual team did. thanks lee
  2. Hi, I'm sure this has been asked and answered before. But I want to be able to view calls in other teams queues or maybe all calls closed in the last 30 days etc regardless of which team or service it was assigned to. All services are supported by all teams. But when creating a new view I can only ever see calls related to the team I am a member of. Is it possible to do this and if so how?

  4. clicking on it doesn't really do anything it just makes it go from the above to this?
  5. Hi, We have just noticed when updating a call there is no option anymore to select Team. The only selection available is "Customer". Is this a known Fault? or caused by any recent updates? It seems to be affecting all calls. thanks lee
  6. @Victor yes all seems ok again now??? back to the missing questions issue...

  8. @Victor so i have applied latest update. first i tried Microsoft edge and it is working went back to chrome and it has started working also. - so that may have been you reloading the cache or me applying the update? can you take the select time option off again and i will get people to try it again. a couple have already said it is working again so looking good.
  9. @Victor update... I have connected to my work laptop and tried it and it works on the same call we have been trying. I have closed Chrome down totally on my pc I am using at home and tried again and it still doesn't work. I then asked others to try 1 person it works - so I tried the same call and it doesnt work. another person says it is still not working for them either?
  10. @victor ah sorry yeah..i got this box but just like before the OK button didn't do anything. I could amend the date and time ok and change team to customer and type in the reason box

  12. @Victor ive just tried the one you took off hold and wont go on hold - i waited ages and nothing happened? how bizarre!!
  13. haha... well i'm at least glad you were experiencing it and have seen issue first hand...otherwise you may think it is me going crazy.
  14. @Victor IN00039448 - i did a full reload login of the page as well. just tried a few others and they are the same and not working. have you changed anything to get yours working?
  15. @Victor I do not know exactly when this first stopped working I assume today at some point. The only other thing I can think of is I updated the Document Manager App at approx 10:19 today
  16. @Victor i originally thought could it be a google\chrome update? but I am using my own pc at home with the same issue. although when I checked I am the same version at home as on the corporate network. but if you experience the same issue but it then works on your test environment maybe not a chrome version issue?
  17. @Victor yes go for it. I have asked about and it is affecting everyone who has replied to me so far
  18. @Victor when I select any option I.e resume or click about the page I can see in the code it briefly highligts text as if it is doing something. When I select cancel it also highlights text briefly like it is doing something Added a red arrow to show area where various bits of text are highlighted as it does something When I select OK it does nothing at all and does not highlight any text as if the button is doing absolutely nothing. i can't see any errors?

  21. Hi, We have just noticed today that all our calls on hold cannot be taken off hold and we are not able to place any calls on hold either? It appears when you select to put on hold or resume and the box pops up with the reason the OK button doesn't do anything. the cancel button still works. I have logged out and back in but still get the same issue. It appears to be affecting everyone. Is this a know issue or is anyone else experiencing this?

  23. Hi just wondering what the permissions required are for a user to be able to log into admin and view \run a slideshow? Also wondered as we want to show the slideshow on a large wall mounted screen is there a way to just view the slideshow -or do we need to use a licensed user that has access to the admin. I thought it seemed a bit much to give someone access to administration just to view the slideshow? thanks leee
