  1. @Kelvin thanks Kelvin. Also noticed when logging a call and if you cancel half way through you have to select cancel twice for it to actually cancel and go back to request list
  2. Hi, It has been noticed that now when a call is logged when you get the summary screen to either view the call or you can click OK it used to take you back to the request list when you click OK. However now it does not it just stays on the summary screen and you have to manually browse back to the request list. is this a known issue or can it be changed back to how it was? thanks lee
  3. @Dan Munns yeah the buttons to select update call, resolve, assign etc. The issue in our case is he cannot use a mouse so cannot hover over them, they appear as links to him so he has to count along how many he thinks and hope this is the correct action he wants. So his question is, is there the ability to have text where the buttons are rather than a symbol?
  4. @Dan Munns Thanks Dan, I think the main issue for them is not the size but is unable to distinguish between them. They are asking if it is possible to add labels (Text) to the buttons ?
  5. Hi, Are there any disability settings in hornbill? We have an analyst who has very poor site and struggles to see the action buttons. Is there a way to increase the size of these or the appearance? thanks lee
  6. @Victor thanks victor. Ok so does that mean I would have to have a decision node for each potential team? So If there were for example 20 teams would I need to create decision nodes for 20 potential outcomes?
  7. @Victor ah ??? that wasn't in this thread though was it? as I cannot see that anywhere?
  8. Hi , I am wondering if it is possible to get the BP to assign a call to a particular team based on what team was selected from a custom form (see attached) the custom form configured to use Group Picker for teams. I have on the BP used Get request questions from logging form and specified the form ID. But then not sure how the Assign to team automated task will look at the answer to do this? thanks lee
  9. @Victor I don't think the question on how to increase the number or rows returned got answered. do you know how to do this?
  10. @ArmandoDM hi yes that is correct in this case so a change is logged against a service but not assigned to any team. i then need the analyst to go to no team assigned and assign it to the correct team. so I cannot understand in this case why i have in my drop down an option called no team assigned, but they do not? does that make sense? lee
  11. @ArmandoDM hI all our services are supported by all teams? So I have the option to select No team assigned but they do not?
  12. Hi, When i select the drop down list in my request list to change which team\calls I want to view - i.e. My requests, I'm following, I'm a member etc. I have one called No team assigned. How do I give an analyst the ability to have that show up in their list? I assume they need to be a memebr of a particular role? thanks lee
  13. @Victor ok I will try adding that in. thanks lee
  14. @Victor no no catalog items for this. Also you do not select the service either when logging - so that will be why it is never assigned to a service. could i just add an automated task to assign it to a service when the BP kicks in? Something like below? what does the Use request service mean?
  15. @Victor there is a service called change management configured as below RFC is the BP. The application settings are configured as shown. So to log we go to raise new drop down - select change and then the Prog capture starts and it is logged to a team called change management. We used to keep all changes in the team queue of Change Management and just assign activities to other teams to perform the work. I now want to assign the actual change to each team to perform the work. I have got rid of the activities.
  16. @TrevorKillick thats seems to be working again now. says complete and pdf and csv available thanks
  17. Hi I have tried to run a couple of my reports this morning and both fail. They used to work but now do not. I have noted the option to download has changed slightly so I assume there has been an update that has changed this. But it appears the update has actually stopped them working. When running the report it just keeps saying failed? Is this a know issue? thanks lee
  18. @Victor Hi Victor, they are logged via service manager - I removed the task to assign it to a change management queue, so those who were members of that queue could see them now they can't. I have just checked and I don't think the changes have ever been assigned to a service. I have just checked and - no they are not assigned to a service. I will see if I can add an automated task to assign a change to the change management service when they get logged. Basically what i wanted to achieve was remove the activities that were generated that we assigned to team to do the work(as they were never getting actioned) and instead wanted to assign the whole change to the team who need to carry out the work. The problem I had was on one of the stages I had a check point called "Assign change to actioning team" this was for those processing the change to know to now assign it to the correct team. As initially the change was first logged to change management queue when it was processed I had a wait for team auto task but it just skipped this as it had already been assigned to a team originally. So I changed the process so it was not assigned to any team initially so it would stop at that check point so those processing could assign it to the actioning team. But as it was not assigned to any team those trying to process it could not(greyed out). So I have changed it back for now. What I want to achieve is for it to stop at the check point and then move on to the next checkpoint once it has been assigned to the actioning team. I cannot figure out how to do this? I do not want it to be assigned to an individual just a team so I cannot use the wait for assigned user. Any Ideas? Sorry for the long winded reply - hope that makes sense lee
  19. Hi, I have just changed the process for our change requests to get rid of the activities that are assigned to teams. When a change is now logged it is not assigned to a team initially, when the change is processed after an approval stage the person processing the change should then assign the change to the correct team. However now the change is greyed out for them so they cannot access it and assign it etc. I am assuming it is a permission issues or due to the change not being assigned to a team initially. If I access it it is fine. So I am wondering does anyone have an idea as to what needs changed to allow access, the person who cannot access is a member of all the change request roles thanks lee
  20. @TrevorKillick here you go - actually you can see it change half way down this report? was ok ish on the 13th, but had changed on the 14th. could there have been an update that night? lee changes-for-cab_2017-06-19-124655z.html
  21. @TrevorKillick Hi trevor I have just checked a few older ones going back to June. The last one that seemed ok was on 19th June. We run them weekly. The one on the 26th June was narrow like the one shown earlier. thanks lee
