The latest update of iBridge Content Pack (664) has been released to live.
The change log for this update is as follows:
New- Cloud Automations for WhatsApp. Operations to automate the control of templates, and to send free-flowing messages.
- Cloud Automations for Xero. Operations to automate the management of Contact, Invoice, and Item records in Xero from Hornbill workflows.
Fix
- Cloud Automations for Entra ID Groups. Fixed issue where created Security Groups would be set to Unified, meaning Entra ID UI would report them as M365 groups.

Fix- Fixed the query related to reporting::measureGetList when some of the optional params are not specified
- Dashboard chart series data was being duplicated and returned incorrectly when querying chart data.
- Language translation operation failed when Spanish language variants were specified
- OpenAI query stream reader would not include a token where the token was a single space character
- Resolved problem with profile code set imports where the order of codes would incorrectly influence the import process. Also added import process troubleshooting log

Change- Org Structure import function will now automatically fix issues with group IDs when required trailing forward-slash is missing
- admin::getInstanceSubscriptionInfo includes the number of ITOM jobs run in the current month.
- The org structure import now correctly sets the Parent ID of imported groups.
- Fixed the issue with dashboard permission checks for dashboard getter operation
- The report runner operation did not correctly process column display name if the column display name is set as the actual column name

Fix- When being redirected to a PDF from a bookmarkable document page and then clicking back the browser will bounce back to the PDF rather than returning to the previous page
- When opening a PDF though the bookmarkable link, an entry is not added to the page history log

The latest update of User Import - LDAP Utility (v4.2.9) has been released to live and is now available for download on GitHub.
The change log for this update is as follows:Fixed
- Issue where groups & roles that are assigned to users in Hornbill were not cached if the Unique Field was set to anything other than User ID and the mapped value contained a different value than the User ID. This would cause unnecessary API calls to be made to Hornbill, to try and associate groups & roles to users who already have them assigned.
