The latest update of ESP (3885) has been released to live.
The change log for this update is as follows:
New- When removing one or more user roles that relate to an application, if the user no longer has any roles relating to an application, then the user association to the app is automatically removed.
- When adding one or more user roles that relate to an application, if the user is not associated with the application this will be automatically added.
- When adding a user subscription to an application, you are now able to specify a blueprint user which allows you to quickly add application roles to the user(s) you are adding to an application

- Users: When assigning user(s) to an app added ability to copy roles from another user as part of process. - Admin - Platform - Users: Don't show user roles for applications that are no longer installed.

Hello everyone,
The latest update of ESP (3884) has been released to live.
The change log for this update is as follows:
New- The subscription check now automatically uninstalls any apps that no longer have a subscription allocated.
- Improved error reporting for profile code import failures
- The API time::scheduledJobGetList now returns the scheduled job timezone
- Resolved problem where it was possible to add a duplicate profile code or profile name
- Improved email failure delivery logic, so BPM approval node will only fail if there is permanent email failure, in case of temporary failure which will perform delivery retries then it won't fail and workflow will be progressed correctly

Hello everyone,
The latest update of ESP (3877) has been released to live.

New- A new system setting security.user.enableLocation has been added which allows you to disable the GEO location recording of mobile related actions
- Optimised performance of app string queries
- SSO Profiles now track and display the "last used" time, indicating the last time the profile was used to authenticate a login
- The user profile date of birth field could not be set to no value, once set.
- Added checks to ensure its not possible to create elevated security access when creating an API key
- Fixed a problem where an application that overloads an entity email template and at some point after the entity gets changed to no longer support email templates, the data::entityMMailTemplateListEntites API incorrectly returns the entitles that are no longer marked as supporting email templates.
