Customer Site missing

When calls are logged via the auto responder, it does not pick up the users site.

Any thoughts?

@Prathmesh Patel current AR functionality is not designed to pick up the site when logging a new request. Maybe it will be enhanced in future application releases.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

As @Victor has pointed out, the Auto Responder operation that is responsible for raising requests does not pick up a Customer's Site. Since through the User App, this form of action is catered for, we have raised a defect to investigate this.
