Details section not visible in IE

Hi

This morning we're having problems viewing the detail section of calls when using IE

It's working fine in Firefox though and apparently it was on yesterday (Sunday)

We're on the latest release of Hornbill Service Manager but I think I updated before Sunday

Thank you for your post.

Using Internet Explorer 11, I am able to expand the Details section of a request while I am also able to collapse the section.

To investigate this further, could you please help me with the following questions.

• Are you able to expand the Details section of a request?
• Does performing this action (i.e. expand / collapse of Details section) present you with an error or react in any way (e.g. a movement to the page)? 
• If you open the Developer Tools (i.e. Press F12 on your keyboard, navigate to Console tab in the Pane that is presented on your screen, then attempt to expand the Details section) - are there any errors or warnings? If you could take a screen-shot of this, that would be great for us.

• I can't expand the details section of a request
• Opening/closing does cause an extra line or so to appear along with the button to edit the details section. Clicking that button doesn't do anything
• Opening/closing the details section didn't generate any errors in the developer tools but there were some when I opened the request

I've attached a screenshot of what we see and also the errors on loading the call

As we cannot recreate this behaviour, we will have to review the offending components to help us investigate this further. We will get back to you as soon as we have more information.

I just wanted to update this post and confirm that the reported issue was fixed in the Service Manager update 2.36.8.  Please let us know if you experience any further issues with this.
