If for example there is a P1 effecting everyone, or we would want to make people aware of an issue, before raising a ticket. Similar to a billboard. We have a number of features lined up including a 'News and Bulletins' feature which is possibly what you are looking for. Hopefully it won't be too far away. Martyn Houghton Posted February 4, 2016 Share Posted February 4, 2016 Lee A work around for the moment would be to make the affected 'Services' as impacted so that the the portal it is marked with a Amber warning sign and the hover text is the information you enter in the box in the Service screen.
