BPM Log Request node, resulting request not raised with catalog item

Hi Team,

I hope everyone is keeping well!

 I'm experiencing a challenge where the resulting request automatically raised using a "Log Request" bpm node isn't being raised with a catalog item. Naturally, when this happens I don't get a BPM initiated. I've specified a catalog name (which I copied and pasted) and a service within the node itself. What am I missing?

@DRiley II not aware of any specific issues with this node ... I assume the catalog item in question does exist and it belongs to that service and that respective request type... other than this it might be worth trying this catalog having a different name, where there are no slashes "/" maybe the workflow engine gets somehow confused by those...
