  1. .....request type, that's the answer, thanks @Victor. Work with requests for long enough and all other types cease to exist Dan.
  2. Hi Team, I hope everyone is keeping well! I'm experiencing a challenge where the resulting request automatically raised using a "Log Request" bpm node isn't being raised with a catalog item. Naturally, when this happens I don't get a BPM initiated. I've specified a catalog name (which I copied and pasted) and a service within the node itself. What am I missing? Thanks, Dan
  3. Hi Team, I'm working with the Powershell script PowerShell Gallery | HornbillLogServiceRequest 1.1.1 . I gather that the Hornbill API key is created as a global runbook variable in Azure so it can be stored securely. What should the name of the variable be? Can someone point me to the part of the script that's calling this variable? Thanks, Dan
  4. Thanks Steve, all good here. Hope you're keeping well too. I'll explore the Azure option. Dan
  5. Hi Team, we're looking at triggering actions in Hornbill from another system using Webhooks. What options (if any) does Hornbill offer to catch a Webhook? Thanks, Dan
