will.good Posted April 8 Share Posted April 8 Hi, Whilst the resolution text box now supports wiki mark up, when sending the resolution text out by email, the wiki mark up is not included, and it shows the unformatted text... Email does not support wiki markup, only plain text and HTML Basic wiki formatting can be applied to an email template variable with the |wiki modifier as detailed in the documentation.
