Steve Giller Posted April 5 Share Posted April 5 How are you populating the Manager? Is this from an import? You can edit the details (with the right Roles) on the Admin -> Platform Configuration -> Users page but if this is a scheduled Import this will be overwritten next time it runs. James Ainsworth Posted April 5 Share Posted April 5 If the manager is being populated as part of an import, you may want to have a look at the LDAP Configuration Guide. Under the title User Options there is a section that lays out the options for importing the manager. I believe that what you will be looking for is the Search For Manager Id option that needs to be enabled. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have checked the under User options as you suggested in the Data import configurations and Search For Manager Id option is already 'ON' for us. Attaching screenshot for reference.
