Generate support passcode

Good morning,

Which role allows Users to generate a support passcode please? Would it be possible to just give an analyst access to that and not any other admin function please? There might be occasions when no one is able to generate a support passcode, e.g. if on leave, so was wondering if we could give that ability to one other person without giving them admin rights.

Thanks @Jim, I can't seem to find this role. Is this under Platform Configuration or Service Manager?

Oh aren't I brilliant  it's a custom role I created myself, apologies 

although I imagine you will need the same so here is the rights - I don't think you will need the keysafe one, probably only the manage applications or privileged user rights, hopefully this gets you closer

Thank you @Jim, that's really helpful of you. 

If I just want them to be able to generate passcodes, will I need to add all those rights? I wouldn't want them to install and uninstall applications, for example.

just the manage applications access I believe :), it will display platform configuration dropdown, this will be blank though, and the hornbill solution center, it will display the install button will not let them install it, hope this helps
