Error in loading the snippet

Hi some of our Analysts have been seeing this error today when using the email action icon in a request.

Any idea why this would be appearing?

I believe they are using the latest version of Chrome or MS Edge.

I've not seen this in my Instance, and we use the email action frequently - is this still occurring for you?

If so you may want to raise a Support Request so we can take a look for you.
