Hello Support,

I have a question regarding Workflows and Hornbill Automation. Is it possible via the Workflows that i force a Request Owner to add an attachment?

I can only find the option for remove.

@Nikolaj there is a Suspend workflow option to wait for an attachment to be added to the request

You can use the focus option to have the request show the attachment action on the action bar, and if needed use the Notice feature to signpost what needs to be added.
