Please see the following logs, this began happening in the last 20 minutes and seems to be progressing -

Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated or any understanding of pre-existing issues the mail service may be facing?

Hi @Joshua T M

We've been having the same issue all morning. Most emails have been failing and we've been manually re-processing them.

We've raised it with Hornbill Support who have just advised us that Cloudflare were reporting intermittent DNS resolution issues this morning which is now resolved.

If your emails are now working again, it was probably due to the issue with Cloudflare.

Regards,
Aykut

All,
There was a cloudflare DNS issue this morning for a 2 hour window.  You may have seen intermittent mail delivery failures, however the emails should have been resent automatically

Here is a link to the cloudflare status page.

Kind Regards
