Is this possible to implement and if so, how would I be able to implement this? Would appreciate if someone can put in easy understanding the steps required. This is not really simple to explain step-by-step. The short version is that each Intelligent Capture answer would need to be mapped to a Custom Field on the Request, either during Capture or as part of the Workflow (where you can combine multiple answers into a single field if required) You would then use those Custom Fields in an email Template to send the to the specific someone.
