Hello,

We'd like to see the assets that are assigned to a customer when raising a request please. This would be a big time saver for us as it would save us searching for the customer's asset when taking a call.

Please could we request this as an enhancement?

+1 to a display-only view within Customer Details.

I can't edit my original post but wanted to add: If we could filter on a couple of Asset Classes of our choice, e.g. Computer System and Mobile Device, this would prevent a long list of Assets appearing, if a customer owns several Assets.
