Steve Giller Posted September 22, 2023 Posted September 22, 2023 I think that Custom Roles are what you are looking for here. Details on how to create them are on the Roles wiki page. From the description you may simply be able to make a copy of the Service Request Full Access Role and remove the Cancel Service Requests right.
