Anyone aware of another role that grants re-open access without giving rights to cancel also?

Hi, When going to update site contacts under Platform configuration > Sites > select site, Details tab > Lead Engineer. The email address populates easily, but I get the error message 'superfluous entity record update detected for 'site' . The Primary record was updated but no data changes were made

Clearing browsing history seems to have worked for us - thanks!
