Time difference in report output

Hi,

Im currently creating a report to show what change tickets are in what stage of the process.

I have noticed that the proposed start time on the ticket is and hour different to what the report output for me.

It looks to me that the report is not picking up the local settings for the user when it comes to time and date format.

How to i change this in the report?

That is correct - a Report will always use the values in the database (UTC) and as Reports are not presented in the UI but will be output to a static file there is no concept of a User (i.e. the Recipient may not even have an Account in Hornbill) or them having local settings.
