Owner of request not updating on board

We have a card on our board not updating to show new owner, and giving the following error when an owner is reassigned:

/apps/com.hornbill.servicemanager/entities/Requests/fc_modules/requests_boards_helper.js(61): error X1001: Uncaught EspMethodCall::invoke: Operation[apps/com.hornbill.boardmanager/Card::addCardMember] /apps/com.hornbill.boardmanager/entities/Card/fc_modules/card.js(820): error X1001: Uncaught Could not add member to card

Do the Users who cannot be added have any Board Manager Roles?

Try adding the Board's role Board BPM Access to the users that update requests that have Board Automations in the workflow.

In some cases, it may be necessary to give this role to all.  For example, if there are customers that use the Employee Portal and their interaction with a request might trigger a board update, this would ensure that the rights are available for the automation to take place.

Some had that role already some didn't but I have given it a go adding the role to the rest. Will report back.
