LawesD Posted September 1, 2023 Share Posted September 1, 2023 We have a card on our board not updating to show new owner, and giving the following error when an owner is reassigned: /apps/com.hornbill.servicemanager/entities/Requests/fc_modules/requests_boards_helper.js(61): error X1001: Uncaught EspMethodCall::invoke: Operation[apps/com.hornbill.boardmanager/Card::addCardMember] /apps/com.hornbill.boardmanager/entities/Card/fc_modules/card.js(820): error X1001: Uncaught Could not add member to card Thanks in advance. James Ainsworth Posted September 4, 2023 Share Posted September 4, 2023 Try adding the Board's role Board BPM Access to the users that update requests that have Board Automations in the workflow. In some cases, it may be necessary to give this role to all.
