Hi

Does anyone know if you can set up a 'Read Receipt' type of thing on an email that is sent from a ticket within Hornbill?

Currently this is not available.

One of the main issues here is that there is no guarantee that the recipient will respond to the request for a receipt (for example Outlook users have the option of using the setting that never sends a receipt) so the danger is that our Customers would try to rely on a feature that is itself not reliable.

We are looking at this internally, but at present we have no plans to implement the functionality - we will update here if this changes.
