Capture User Information Inside Progressive Capture Form

Hello all,

Is there a way of ensuring a field in progressive capture matches a user entry in our existing Hornbill user list? There doesn't appear any way of validating the contents of a field to ensure that if we were to use this field later for example, an approval process, that it would accurately match the intended recipient. Any help much appreciated.

Thanks for your post.

Is my understanding correct that in a custom Intelligent Capture form, you would like someone to add the name of an employee, and then at a later point you would like to validate if what they have entered is correct?

When creating the field on the custom form, you have considered using the option to show a list of users as part of a drop down field?
