Sandip Bhogal
Hi guys i got list of folders for people to select on this form but what i want to do is... Have 2 options at the start asking if the user needs particular folder access or specific report? When they select particular folders they then get this list visible shown below. If they select Specific report option they then wont be able to select from the list it will be greyed out for them and they get directed to the single field below before they can finish the form. This is what my form looks like at the moment: Thank you so much for looking into this and helping. Kind regards Sandip

For each of these optional questions, set the default flags as blank: Then switch to the Override Flags and Add New Condition: Set the Field to visible, and if you require a value set that too, and then the rule: In this case if you select "folder" I want the date option to appear. Do the same for the checklist, and then for the Text Box (but with the option as "report") and you should be about there. If you need to be able to request both Folders and Reports then change the Radio Button to a Checkbox, and use "contains" in the conditional fields instead of "==" If you really want the optional answers to be visible on the form when you're not using them (personally I feel this is cumbersome, confusing, and looks less elegant) set the Default Flags as:
