"No matching gotoff found" and when you resolved the ticket, it doesn't show do not see any resolution information-resolution time on the right side. Steve Giller Posted July 28, 2023 Share Posted July 28, 2023 There's a post in the FAQs section for No Matching Gotoif: The basic cause for this is when there is no "No Match" branch from a Decision node and none of the conditions are matched.
