From my side, I tried with two accounts, administrator and personal account. Same message for all the users. Adding a screenshot. There's any flagged issue related to login? Steve Giller Posted June 28, 2023 Share Posted June 28, 2023 I'm not aware of any issues with your Instance, and the Healthcheck is showing green for all checks. I believe you use SSO to log into Hornbill, have any changes (e.g. a scheduled password update requirement) been made to your IdP environment?
